See letter attached the scenario between me the buyer and the seller Mark. Paypal put a hold on the funds sent to the seller for 180 days.
Then we had to wait and argue with Paypal back and forth for 8 months. I took this complaint to BBB in Palo Alto in California.We are in the midst of trying to resolve this.
I cannot believe how this is dealt with and with no support to protect the buyer. The payment remains in limbo with no one from Paypal taking responsibility.
I am still waiting to receive my $4000.00 USD that is floating in a Vortex at Paypal. Very frustrating to say the least.
